Terms of Service.

By booking a stay with Harbour Hotel you agree to these terms. Guests must be 18+. Check-in 14:00, check-out 11:00. Cancellation policies vary by rate — see your booking confirmation. Albanian law applies.

Bookings can be made directly through harbourhotel.al, by phone at +355 69 700 5004, by email at [email protected], or through partner platforms.

When you confirm a booking, you're entering a contract with Harbour Hotel. The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and present valid photo ID at check-in (passport or national ID).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings made under suspicious circumstances, with invalid payment details, or with insufficient documentation.

Prices are shown in Euros (EUR) by default and may be displayed in USD or Albanian Lek (ALL). Taxes (VAT) are included unless stated otherwise. Tourist tax, if applicable under Albanian law, is collected at check-in.

Payment is processed at booking or check-in depending on the rate selected. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. A valid card may be required at check-in to cover incidentals.

Cancellation policies vary by rate type and are shown clearly at the time of booking. Common policies:

• Flexible Rate: free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.

• Non-Refundable Rate: payment charged at booking, no refund.

• Group bookings (4+ rooms): may have separate terms.

No-shows are charged the full first-night rate. Late arrivals after midnight without notice may release the room to other guests.

Standard check-in is from 14:00. Standard check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability — additional charges may apply.

At check-in, all guests must present valid photo ID. We are required by Albanian law to register all overnight guests.

Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00. Loud music or parties that disturb other guests are not permitted in rooms or on balconies.

Smoking is not permitted in rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Violations incur a 100 EUR cleaning fee.

Pets are not allowed (with the exception of registered service animals).

Damage to the room or hotel property is the responsibility of the registered guest and will be charged accordingly.

Restaurant hours, menus, and prices are subject to change. Reservations are recommended for dinner during peak season.

Breakfast is included with most rate plans — check your booking confirmation. Where included, breakfast is served daily during posted hours.

Harbour Hotel is not liable for personal items lost, stolen, or damaged on the property. We recommend using the in-room safe for valuables.

Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Guests are responsible for their own conduct, the conduct of accompanying minors, and any damages they cause.

We're not liable for failure to provide accommodation due to events outside our control — natural disasters, government action, public health emergencies, strikes, or similar events. In such cases we'll offer rebooking or refund where possible.

All content on this site — text, images, logos, design — is owned by Harbour Hotel or licensed from third parties. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it commercially without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sarandë.

Consumer rights under applicable EU regulations and Albanian consumer protection law are not affected by these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The new version replaces this page and the "last updated" date changes. Bookings are governed by the terms in effect at the time the booking was made.
